Recommended Warmups

At the posted starting time, all participants are expected to be ‘ready to rock.’ Here is a set of stretches that Robert recommends – and take about five minutes (and, of course, he would be more than happy to demonstrate):

  • Ankle rolls
  • Knee rolls
  • Hip rolls
  • Should swings
  • Neck stretches (side-to-side, front-to-back, and rolling)
  • Warrior stretch
  • Hamstring and lower back (performed with kettlebell)
